We stayed at Poggio delle Querce twice. We love the house,the position,the views and especially the privacy and silence. It was very hot when we were there. But the house was cool, and in the garden, there was always a breeze. The house was clean and comfortable and the well equipped kitchen was more than adequate for preparing meals with the excellent products of Le Marche. We felt very welcome; more like spending time at the house of friends than living in a holiday home. We appreciated the personal contact by telephone and also the bottle of Prosecco we found at our arrival. Last year, the road to the house caused us some trouble after heavy rain, but even from a distance the owners were very efficient and helpful to solve the problem. We spent many hours in the garden and visited some lovely towns in the area. Sirolo, Fabriano, Fonte Avellana, Jesi, ... all worth the visit. We had 'una bella serrata' at Avacelli. The 'percorso gastronomico'(last Saturday of July) was a great event. Good food, perfect setting, nice atmosphere, well organised, ... . I hope they can keep it so authentic and small scale in future years. Fine restaurants in the area too. The house-guidebook was a good help. We hope to be back in Prosano one day and wish Susanna and Peter plenty of time to enjoy Poggio delle Querce. Chantal & Jan - Belgium

Wirklich einer der schönsten Urlaube, die ich je erlebt habe: Die idyllische Alleinlage, die Ruhe inmitten der Natur, der traumhafte Blick vom Bergrücken über das Tal - wunderbar! Im Haus, das selbst bei großer Hitze kühl bleibt, Gemütlichkeit pur. Die komplett ausgestattete Küche und die vielen Wochenmärkte im Umland machen Poggio-delle-Querce auch für Kochbegeisterte zum Urlaubsparadies. Berge, Seen, das Meer - alles ist mit dem Auto je nach Wetterlage gut erreichbar. Und abends dann die Glühwürmchenparty auf dem Wiesenhang. Nicht nur für Kinder ein großartiges Schauspiel! Alles da, was man zum entspannten Leben und zum guten Kochen braucht. Die Küchenausstattung war wirklich toll! Wir haben nun ca. 30 Jahre Ferienhauserfahrung und da sieht man allerhand an Küchen- und Wohnungsausstattungen, deshalb nochmals ein Lob für die vorzügliche und vollständige Ausstattung. Es hat uns auch ansosnten sehr gut gefallen, die reizvolle, hügelige Landschaft mit dem sich im Tagesablauf verändernden Lichtsituationen, die umliegenden Ortschaften und Städte mit ihren historisch und kulturell interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch der malerisch gelegene Strand unterhalb des Monte Conero.
